All internal features and fittings are installed — including plaster, skirting, cabinetry, tiling, electricals, and plumbing fixtures. It begins to feel like a real home.

Final finishes, touch-ups, and cleaning are completed. We walk you through the house to ensure everything is perfect before handover.

The most exciting stage — we hand over the keys to your brand-new home. You’ll receive all documentation, warranties, and a final inspection certificate.
